Storing Tender™ Shreds
Store product in freezer up to 6 months.
When ready to use, thaw overnight. Use within 5 days; do not refreeze.

Cooking Tender™ Shreds
Reheat to internal temperature of 165°F before consuming.
Non-stick Skillet:
Heat 1 Tbsp. neutral oil in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add 2 cups Tender™ to skillet; cook without stirring, until browned on underside, 3-5 mins.
Flip in sections with spatula; continue to cook without stirring, until browned on second side, 3-5 mins. more.
Use with your favorite seasonings, fillings, or sauces, and enjoy!

Store product in freezer up to 6 months.
When ready to use, thaw overnight. Use within 5 days; do not refreeze.
Cooking Tender™ Slab
Cut slab into desired pieces.
Stovetop Cooking:
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large non-stick pan over med-high heat until oil shimmers.
Sear pieces 3-5 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature registers 165°F.
Fryer:
Bring oil or air fryer to 400°F.
Dredge pieces and fry 3-5 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature registers 165°F.
