  • Beef Short Rib: Not the flavor of a robust, crusty rib-eye, but the slightly subtler beefy flavor and iron-y notes imparted from a boneless braised short rib; with its buttery, soft, low-and-slow braised texture.

    Pork: Think deeply savory and succulent braised pork shoulder, and the ultra-tender, pulled texture that comes with it.

    Chicken: Juicy, lean white meat notes, with satisfyingly meaty-and-subtly-bouncy texture.

  • All ones you can pronounce! About 10 ingredients per product, including proteins and fibers from fava beans, rice, and yeast.

  • Our technology allows us to spin fibers identical in size to animal muscle fibers and create plant-based meats with whole-cut texture rather than ground meat texture (like burgers and sausages).

  • We use simple, recognizable ingredients and a gentle, trademarked technique inspired by tofu — without high heat or extrusion processing — all made in Rhode Island.
